i. Boil 1 liter of milk in a saucepan.
ii. Bring it to a boil.
iii. Squeeze half a lemon.
iv. Once curdled with the help of muslin cloth, drain the water.
v. Add a pinch of salt
vi. Blend it well.
vii. You can store it for 15 days.
viii. Spread it on paratha, roti, or bread after cutting it into small pieces.
